Blossoms Care Services specialises in both Supported Living and Domiciliary Care.

 

My name is Paul Sturdgess, and I am the General Manager for our services.

 

Our services are about the provision of individualised services tailored for an individual.

 

Our Supported Living service is currently based on the Isle of Sheppey, in Kent and our Domiciliary Care Service is Kent wide.

 

We are able to provide Supported Living and Domiciliary Care to a range of Service Users including older people and those suffering with dementia, people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health needs.

 

We are able to provide a comprehensive package for those who wish to live in Supported Living, whilst we can offer the same standard of support and intervention for those who wish to remain in their own homes.

 

Blossoms role within both of these areas, is to support those with a vulnerability and offer empowering tools by which to maintain or develop their independence.

 

Our service is built with you and for you, and we look forward to meeting yourselves and your advocates, family members, and becoming a new and exciting part of your network.
