Supported Living Service
The service offers the opportunity for individuals with a learning disability to live within supported accommodation, and to have the choice of staff support with maintaining welfare and choice, support with daily living skills, support with emotional needs, whilst maintaining a level of independence which meets with the assessed needs of the individual. The individual will have the opportunity to be supported with managing their own tenancy, finances, maintaining access to the community and building their future.
“Blossoms” wants to offer a managed service that offers a future to those who need it and be able to see individuals gain self respect, confidence, skills, education and prospects that are comfortable and at a level that they feel is possible for them to manage independently and in the community.
We pride ourselves in offering this opportunity to an individual for as long as they need it without the restrictions of time.
The Government’s plan of increasing the opportunity for independence, choice, inclusion and to seek opportunities in a supported living environment.
